I found that information on cobb's website for 2004 WRX stage 2. 15.8 psi +/- 0.8. So you should be able to find it.

I would think something in that ball park.

Okay, so I was looking into getting access port and I found out that cobb has discontinued their 06 AP. Is their anyone on these boards local that AP for any 06 and would be willing to let me use theirs to flash my subie to stage 1? I am willing to throw 100 bucks out for your time. I don't want to go huge and only need the one flash. I am within Riverside/Sanbernardino county and will drive 2-300 miles to get to it.

from what ive heard one AP for one car. for you to be able to flash your subie. the original owner needs to unflash their subie first. id say wait for the next AP to come out. or if u dont there are other vendors that sell the AP still check hopupracing.com
