Hard Starting, not sure its the FPR

I have an intermittant hard starting problem. When it happens I have to crank for a couple of seconds before it starts. Once it starts it runs fine.

It sounds like the FPR problem, and only seems to happen when the car is already warm, but I checked the FPR vacuum line and didn't see any fuel. I also hooked a vacuum pump up to the FPR and applied some vacuum and no fuel came out. Does this mean that my problem is not the FPR?

Its a 95 and I don't have any codes.

1995 Aurora's had a problem with FPR's that caused a lot of different symptoms. That is you're most likely problem but check the oil pressure gauge when cranking. They also had oil pressure switches that stuck and shut down fuel pressure.
