My mother has a 1987 Deville with about 64,000 miles. Car is in good condition, but needs a tune up and trying to decide whether she should keep it. What year do cadillacs become classics? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

If all it needs is a tune up, why not keep it. Its paid for, right?
