01 E350 motor noise

Hi I have a 01 5.4 motor and the passenger side top end sounds like the cam bearings in the head are rattling at start up. I have heard it on plow trucks that are beat. This has 82 thousand and well maintained. I just rebuilt a Windsor in my 4x4 am I looking at another rebuild???? I hope not
