Fan Vibrates?

Whenever the fan speed goes past 4 on the climate control, it sounds like the dash is vibrating (soft, low tone)... if I leave it for a while, it turns a little louder and from the "soft low tone" vobrate to an anoying "clicking" vibrate. (Like a baseball card in a bike's spokes) If I leave it off for a few minutes after the "clicking" and turn it back to the lower speeds it acts like normal, until I move it past speed 4 again.

Thanks In Advance for any help

you may have had a leaf or something work it's way down into the blower area. Do you feel actuall vibration. I have never removed a Malibu fan, on my Celebrity the blower assembly had a clip on a blade that ballanced it. Another time i accidentally broke a fan blade on the blower squirell cage and whenever the fan was on i felt vibration till the blower motor and cage was replaced.

the good news is, if it is a leaf, it will at sometime be gone. Just open your hood every now and then and clean all the debri up by the vents near the windshield.
