Ok ladies and Gents, I just inherited a white, 2000, Normally Aspirated, automatic, S70. I need to know two things......What kind of rims can I put on it and what can I do to make it scoot down the tollway at a decent speed for a change?

nothing N/A isn't worth the hassle marginal gains for high prices isn't worth it save your money and sell the car buy a T5 (13500dollars)
you'll feel wierd driving it at first but over 3500rpm it puts a big smile on your face when VTEC owners realise VTEC isn't worth piss

T5 just kicks ass all the way, try checkin out some swedish sites for ideas for your Volvo, over there they all drive a volvo.

I got a 940 2.0l Turbo with +-160 bhp, it's got 17" rims on it, 7cm lowered, rear spoiler etc etc... and its topspeed is around 230km/h.
I just love it :D
