I'd run a fuel pressure check at the fuel injector rail (rear) and see if in specs. There is a Schrader valve located at the passenger side of the upper intake manifold. Could be fuel filter, feul pump or fuel pressure regulator.

could it still be fuel pressure regulator or fuel filter if i cant hear the fuel pump when i turn on the accessories. Thank you!!!

Is your security light on or is it flashing?

no no security light, not flashing, i cant hear the fuel pump, the car starts but instantly boggs down and cuts out. seems to me like a fuel problem.

All that means is you can hear the fuel pump running but it doesn't mean the proper fuel pressure or flow is present.
