My horn on my 96 Riv stays on all the time. At first I thought it was broken because it never worked. Then i saw the fuse had blown and when I replaced it, the horn stayed on until i unplugged the fuse. Now I replaced the fuse and took out the relay. I swapped relays with another vehicle and had the same problem. Horn stuck on!
Any way this problem can be solved without ripping the steering wheel off?

I hasve a contrary prob the horn sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. For some reason works more in summer . Unless someone tells us in which place to look for loose connections on the steering column, its stupid to take everything appart.


I noticed its a cmmon issue, so there must be one problematic spot for wheel connections.
