I have a 2000 Silhouette and the VCP has quit working. I am trying to remove it to have it repaired but can't seem to find that last screw! I have removed the 2 screws at the very bottom at the rear of the lower tray. But there seems to be something holding it at the rear about in the center. I have tried everything I can think of but no luck. Any suggestions?

I did this last spring so I'm working from memory. I seem to remember two plastic plugs near the front of the player. Access was gained throught the bin opening under the vcp. The 2 screws you may be talking about (silver) are for taking the whole bottom console out. Good luck, it took me a full afternoon to figure it all out.
