My 04 Sebring has just started making this loud siren noise up by the front tire and i thought it may be the brakes but it stops when i press on the brakes but when i press on the gas and am going it constantly makes the siren sound and i can't figure out what is making the noise can someone help !!!???

What you're probably hearing is the front brake wear indicators squealing. Check your front brake pads and see if they're worn out.
