Yes the 993 Turbo S is the nicest 993 model. It is also the last air-cooled porsches.

Why do I have to keep correcting you? The Turbo S was made in '97 & the entire model year they made '98 993 non Turbo's

so it was not THE last air-cooled, is WAS the last air coold turbo, but not last air cooled 911....

In my opinion, I don't think the turbo S is the best looking 993. It's fast, ferocious, and beautiful, but I like the more sedated look of the plain Carrera S. It has the coolest colored split-grille tail! And the turbo front end!!!......

Oh, I totally forgot about the 993 targa. That and the Carerra S are my votes for best looking 993 models.

I think the Carrera S is the best looking 993 Porsche. I like it a lot more than the Turbo S.

I think the 993 Turbo looks pretty amazing in that bordeaux colour half of them seem to have been produced in.

IMO this wing is too much... Rear wings on regular 993 turbos were nice , but as always each to his/her own...:)

Dont get me wrong, i love the 993 turbo's wing, i love the car itself, its styling, its performance, its my favourite "real" car.
However the 993 GT2 is so much more of a "sonuvabitch car", it has an edge over the Turbo, kind of like a dark side. it looks and sounds much more like a racer and a lot of that attitudecomes from the wing.. oh and of course those awesome bolted-on wheelarches.. man i love that car :coolguy:

Well I was going to go on aobut htis 96' White Carrera 4S I saw, but seeing that 911 GT (GT2), well it's a jaw-dropper. :eek:

I've seen 959s , most on auto shows and in showrooms , but also exactly 2 of them on the road.:flash:

lol, no I meant I saw every other 993 model other than the GT2, there is a look alike in my city though, has correct wing and flares, but it's liscense says "96 TT" so it isn't a GT2.

That's a niiiiiiiiice 911!!! Nice colour scheme too, only criticism is that the gorgeous front lip shouldnt be in black as it makes it fairly un-noticeable...
