pls help with tires

hi.
i`ve got a 2000 bmw 323i
my 225/50/r16 dunlop sp sport 5000 worn out,so i have 2 change them.
how bad would my ride get if i go with "T" rated tires?
will it get more noisy & shaky?
please help.

For heaven's sake, you've got a BMW, which are noted for their handling. T rated tires are definitely a downgrade in the handling department. There are a few safety reasons not to go that direction as well, but the thing you will notice more than anything else is how slowly the car will respond to steering input.

Stick with what BMW recommends.
