What are the difference between the 325s and 328s? How long is the BMW warranty coverage on the E36s when they were purchased new?

The main difference is the engine size.

325 = 2.5L I6 190hp 200trq
328 = 2.8L I6 193hp 226trq

And the skirts are painted on the 328's for a cleaner look.

what are you talking about the 325is is 170hp and 178 torque!
