Welcome to AF.

What year and model Regal?

Sounds like the plastic elbow from the LIM to the tensioner heat exchanger.

It is commonly called coolant elbow. To remove it you need to remove the alternator and then the tensioner assembly. Then the elbow will remove for replacement. There are two o-rings that hold it in place with a raised lip. Available at the GM dealer. Companies like Dorman and Automite make them aftermarket and you should be able to get it at an auto parts store.
