Morning - I have an 87 Regal that has no parkings lights in back and no backup lights. I have turn signals, brake lights and hazards though. I replaced all the bulbs that looked bad, fuses look ok, but no luck. It seems odd though, that every other light doesn't work. Last year a wire was grounding out, but tape is still holding. Any suggestions?

It might help to use a wiring diagram from a service manual to help troubleshoot your problem and a multimeter or 12 volt test lamp. Start at the parking lamp socket and then work back.

You might checkout the multifunction switch on the steering column and/or the output of the headlamp switch.
