Heater Water Outlet Tube

Anybody Know About This Little Devil. It Slip-fits Into The Top Of The Water Pump With An "o" Ring And Is Bolted Down To Keep In Place. It's A Nightmare To Get In And Out Of It's Place. It Has 4 Branch Water Hoses That Come Off It And Each Hose Must Be Pressed Onto One Of 4 Tubes That Branch Off This Devil. The Hoses Must Then Be Clamped On To The Tubes With No Room "at All"to Work. The Main Section Of Tube That Fits Into The Pump Broke Off At The Groove That The "o" Ring Rests In. I Felt It In The Hole And Finally Fished It Out---a Real Pain In The Ass. You Need To Weave This Thing Thru Wire Harnesses, Ac Lines, And Everything Else They Could Find To Squeeze In That Spot. If Anybody Knows How To Make This Change Out Easier I Would Really Like To Hear About It. This Is On A 1997 E150 Conversion Van With The 4.2 Engine .

Thanks, George
