98 wont go over 65mph

:rolleyes: First thanks for looking at this. I bought a 98 Epress one ton (X-Penske rental) van to haul my kids atv's. On the first run out it would'nt go over 65mph. Penske said all of thier vans are preset at 65 mph max and they cant turn it up. I took it to the local dealer who said no problem will just reset the computer. Two days later and a whole lot of thier time lost on it they said they could'nt fix it. It feels like the pedal is being pushed back up at you when it reaches 65. It runs fantasic up to 65 but I would like to be able to drive the speed limit at least. Any helpful ideas?

Found problem, Speed control unit by Sturdy Controls had to be bypassed.
