Hi I own a 1991 Buick Century w/ 4 Spd. V6 3.3L and I need know where the TCC Solenoid is located in the side trans. pan or the bottom pan?

Welcome to AF, in the side cover. Normally not an isssue with the o/d unit more a prevalent problem in the 3 spd auto.
