96 Buick Century Gas Tank Replacment

Hi, I have a 1996 Buick Century Wagon with 3.1 liter and the tank leaks like Niagra Falls. I cannot keep gas in it, just runs out. Now I want to replace the tank. I would like instructions on how to safely remove and install the new tank. I want to keep and use any and all parts that I can. Are there any special instructions for the sending unit or fuel pump? Any gaskets I should replace? What is the procedure to replace this tank? I would appreciate any help I can get here. Thanks!
