Where is the cruise control servo?

I have a 1994 E-150 custom van. It has a 302 5.0L engine with an automatic transmission. The cruise control does not work anymore. Could replacing the speed sensor on the rear housing fix the cruise control? Where is the cruise control servo? I want to clean it to see if that fixes the cruise control. I cleaned the cruise control servo from my 1995 Buick LeSabre which had the same problem. The cleaning of the servo and lubricating the valves of the servo fixed the problem. So again, where is the cruise control servo? By the way, my ABS light turns on every now and then also. Information greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
