I have an 89 dodge spirit. I have replace the master cylinder, rotors, calipers, and wheel cylinders. I have replaced the master cylinder twice! I have bled everything numerous times. I have some brakes, but the pedal goes almost to the floor when the engine is running! I would be hard pressed to do a panic stop! I have a better pedal with the engine off. It does not seem to help by pumping the brakes. The car has about 150,000 miles. Help, I am at my witts end with this problem!!!!!

99.9% sure that you have a leak in your brake line somewhere.

It's probably too late now, but just try replacing all of your Brake Lines. That should be the problem. Hope I helped, Deven
