the crank sensor went out and then hell starts

year 88 buick century 2.8l 6cyl:banghead: as i was taking the crank sensor out the damn thing broke in the block then i couldnt get it out so i dropped the oil pan then i seen the other half of the sensor so i pushed it out then started puttin it back together then of course had to replace the oil did that and it started up but the car was running really bad, when i tryed to give it some gas its like it did not want accelerate no go power and in think it might be ticking in the motor please help??????!!!!!!:screwy: ?!

The ticking only you can hear so you will either get someone who is familiar with engine noises or take it to a pro, no power could mean a multitude of things, misfire? dies on acceleleration?, hesitates? All the wires on in order, good fuel pressure, the conditoion you describe is too vague to give you accurate advice.
