Dad wants spark plugs changed in 2000 rx300, with 80k i think. It has one of those fancy engine covers on it, so I couldnt tell where the spark plugs were through that.

Are they really easy to get to once I get that cover off, or do I have to be a contorsionist to get to them?

Also, regular NGK Platinums good for this car? I don't want to spend the $ on Iridium or the laser welded Platinums, and I doubt those were OE or anything.
