OK, I have already changed the spark plugs, wires, and distrubutor cap, twice. I made sure the plug gap was corrected, twice, but still, my truck won't start when I finish driving it. In the mornings, the first turn on is great, smooth, and normal, but after i ride it and I get home from work, a 20 min. drive, it has a hard time starting. There is a spark, but I have to keep the ignition turned on for about 5 seconds before the truck turns on. Why?? Any ideas? The check engine light turns on. I got the error code from Advance auto parts, and it states an electrical fuel problem. The truck feels like if its miss firing a little, but the spark plugs are new and wires too. At times, I have notice that the check engine light goes out while driven, (Like if the problem is so small, its not enough for the sensor to pick it up, whatever the problem is). How many parts to I have to change to change the entire fuel system, besides the fuel pump?? Any ideas?

Stop throwing money at your truck until you can get a proper diagnosis. You did the right thing by getting the codes scanned. What you need to do now is post the exact codes, all of them, on this Forum so we can all see what you're seeing.

I had same problem on Blazer 98.If you have aftermarket remote starter and keyless entry try to disable it.That solved my problem not starting when hot.Nothing to do with that.Just wont read code.(cost you 50$ in music/alarm shops)
