Last saturday i went to see Nickleback at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit. My first concert in like 3 years, man they were good. Prolly one of the best concerts ive ever been too, and if they come back ill be sure to go again. The warm up bands were Hinder, Three days grace, and Hoobastank.

Anyone else go to any concerts this summer or plan on it?

My friend saw Tom Petty and Pearl Jam in Denver. I am so jealous of here because Pearl Jam isn't coming to Texas.

Um I saw Octane (more of a semi-local Philly band I guess) but they are on the radio and playing at pretty much EVERY bar...so yeah

Might see Bon Jovi in August, dunno, I think Nickelback is playing with them?

Nothing will trump Live 8 last summer tho.

i went to summerfest twice and saw panic! at the disco, all american rejects, dresden dolls, and the gufs. tried to see the click 5 but couldn't find them :(

planning on going to NOFX, lucky boys confusion and quietdrive before the summer is over!

^^^thats it???? i went like everyday. trapt, common, ne-yo & Mary j blige, chris brown, train, king soloman, floetry, anthony hamilton, hank williams jr., i cant list all the concerts i went to just hopping around and listening to like 5 songs each. thats the life.

i live in madison, so i'd have to drive an hour and a half there, i'd stay at my friends house in milwaukee till 4 or 5 am and then drive back home. not like i can afford to go every single day.

Nickleback is one of my favorite bands. I had no idea they were going to STL when they did, so I missed that one, and I'm gonna be back up in MO when the do come to Texas. That blows. I might be going to the Edge's Family Values show this weekend if I can win tickets. Best 'concert' I've ever been to? Toss up between BT three years ago and Oakenfold last year. Rumor has it that Infected Mushrooms will be in Dallas in the next few weeks, will definately be there if thats the case.
