I have a79 Trans Am with a 403. I put a 400 out of a 76 Grand Prix in it but it sits too high in the front the fan shroud won’t fit, the alt bracket is too high, etc. Are the engine brackets different on Firebird’s than other pontiac’s, I used the brackets from the Grand Prix. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
