How to remove the Front Bumper Safely

Hi, I have a GMC Sierra 3500 DRW. I got me a front hitch reciever and I understand I have to remove the front bumper temporarily in order to install the front hitch reciever.

Can anyone guide me on a Step by Step way to safely remove the front bumber in order for me to install my front hitch reciever?
