questions about 1996 1500 V6 Van

I am thinking about buying a 1996 1500 V6 van with 161,000 kms on it.

What should I look for in terms of problems in this model? Also, what is a reasonable price to pay for this age/model. It has had no accidents.

I bought my 97 for $2500 w/ 97000 miles on it.....I had to have the rear end replaced ($800) Waterpump replaced (did myself $100) Cat convertor ($130 off ebay) Brakes only once, & 2 o2 sensors, plus 1 compl. tune up. I now have 160000 miles on her, use it every day for flooring......been satisfied.......good luck
