I have a 94 Ranger XLT 4x4 4.0 liter
Two weeks ago it was very hot outside went to start my truck after work and nothing happened it just turned over but nothing i coulnt hear the fuel pump..checked fuses , wires but nothing all of the sudden i tried again and it started and ran fine for 2 days...than it did it again...i was told to check the wires going to the fuel pump..so took the box off and everything seems fine all clean and in good condition now i have left the box off for a week now but it hasnt given me problems it starts fine and it runs good...now the only thing is that this has happened about 6 times and everytime when it has been hot outside...has this happened to anyone before.....one of the times it didnt start i went and bought a fuel pump relay but still wouldnt start.

Save yourself the trouble :banghead: :banghead: and just replace the fule pump.
