stop wasting bandwith with your useless posts. no car is going to trap 88mph if its running low 11's and at your estimated HP theres still no way.

What kind of nitrous kit you got Gary? Did the kit give you the 215 hp or did you build it up for the nitrous with some performance stuff? 11.3 seconds youd be moving like 120mph or more, at 88mph your hitting mid to high 15's maybe more. 15's are respectable times & pretty quick. 6.9 0-60mph is awesome for a car over 3000lbs damn quick off the line.

I dont understand Gary, why are you giving us mixed numbers here? I hit 100mph 1/4 mile low 14's a few times and I enjoy it fine , I would like to have a steady reliable 14 flat as my final 1/4 mile goal. I set my bar at a reasonable level.

This is to the original poster, My uncle has a 1970 Dodge Challenger with a 426 Hemi, he said he'll race your scrap 4 cylinder grand am, he said, thank god he owns his own body shop, because you'll need a new paint job when he blows the paint right off your car.

I tell him all the time, I'll race my grand am gt against one of his hemi cars (4)..I said I would burn you, he said, the only thing grand am's burn is oil. lol
