93-02 Window Operations

Hey guys heres the deal.... Last August my window regulator popped off the thing that holds the window. The repair shop told me it comes as one piece and they have to replace the whole glass... so $450 and 3 months later a new problem. Whenever the window starts to roll up from the fully down position a huge POP happens but operates fine until it gets to the top when the window decides to fold into my car.... the problem.... a stablizer was overtighten on the fiberglass and it cracked it and caved in. Now the repair shop who fixed it to begin with won't do anything unless I buy a whole new regulator cause they say thats what my problem is.. Does anyone have any advice I think im getting shafted by these guys!!!

You're getting shafted, they performed a service and botched it. Any business that would want a positive reputation would suck it up and make good on their mistake.
