Trans is in and working ok, but I need to hook up the Clutch Fork Return Spring.... there wasn't one on there when I bought it.
I know where it goes on the clutch fork, but where in the hell does it go on the engine??? I saw a partial diagram that shows a tab that you're supposed to use, but can't find anything similar on RD.
One of the other sites mentioned attaching it to a header tube with a spring clamp... but there's not enough room between the spring and the header tube to do that, unless I didn't understand them properly.
Any ideas??
Also, how tight does the spring need to be?
(Edit - Just saw the problem diagnosis sub... you can move it if you want John, I would but have no idea how... if I even can).
(BTW - It's a 1974 Mark IV 454)

NEVER MIND.
Attached the spring to the driver's side header tube with a band clamp. Works ok so far, will update this thread if anything changes.
