Thats what I was wondering... If so, they should have included him way sooner than the 3rd movie. Also, I've been reading the story plot and it doesn't look like we'll be seeing any appearances by Venom. :( Only dark spiderman, green goblin, and sandman... Although I don't ever remember seeing sandman anywhere else. Is he new?

Ah ha, I've been reading some movie forums and looky what I found out about it. If you look closely at Spidermans eye, you can see a reflection of Venoms face from the side... The black line goes along the edge of the front of his face.

Who knows? Maybe Venom will make a surprise appearance. It would make the movie 1000x better if it were a surprise anyway. Too bad Vin Diesel doesn't have the same affect haha.

Damn Spidey 3 looks like a sick-ass movie. I saw the trailer for it today in the Superman movie (Which was very good, i feel) and it looked very cool. That costume looks nice too.
