Firebirds are made by pontiac...? And a trans am is just a V8 firebird..

why is the trans am stamped by gm then? sure the make pontiac but honda makes acuras but people dont say honda integra even if it has a bigger engine or more horsepower

Aside from the spolier, badges and possibly the hood the T/A and firebird look EXACTLY the same ;)
