Jet Performance Chip?

In the summit magazine I just got in the mail,(ls1/lt1/tp1)section theres a jet performance chip ( plug in ls1 performance ) it says, then it says it give u substantial horsepower gains n what not. Does any one know anything about this chip. does it work?how much HP does it give u?

You need to flash it with a handheld or good software like HPTuners or EFILive.

I never heard of any type of ls1 chip out there, but this says in the magazine its an ls1 plug in performance chip with substantial HP gains at the rear wheels. so maybe its just as bad as one of those ebay chips. but for 300$ again maybe its somthen worth while. Im sure some one out there has bought it and used it.

Damn. That is a handheld tuner, and $200 away from your own cable for HPTuners.

Handheld would be miles above a chip. Although I would never get a handheld either.
Honestly, you don't need any computer (tune) work yet.

the jet reprograms... it's either a handheld or it piggybacks in. It's about as good as any handheld - I'd only use it for adjustign for tire size or gear changes... anything beyond that, I am another one who will say HPTuners is the way to go bar none
