Poll is self explanitory.. which do you prefer over the other?

i grew up listening to rap. the majority of my music collection is rap. I know everything there is to know about it, and I know for a fact that I just can't stand it anymore. It no longer fits my lifestyle. Don't get me wrong, I'll never get rid of any of my music collection whether I listen to it anymore or not, because down the road, you never know.

Rock, hands down. I can't stand rap, to me, its all the same. I won't go into detail. Rock and alternative are all that I listen to. Can't wait til Rise Against's new album comes out on July 4th. Fall Out Boy's Black Clouds and Underdogs concert kicked ass.

Rock, AC/DC is the greatest band ever! It's cool that rappers can keep a beat or whatever, but I play guitar and enjoy music with some talented guitarists.

ugh, i can't stand ac/dc, I vote Pink Floyd as greatest ever.

What I like of Pink Floyd I love, but what I don't I really hate. AC/DC was much better in the Bon Scott era! I own every AC/DC album they have out. Angus is a pretty good guitarist and an amazing showman.

When my sister was a little younger I had her singing Goodbye Cruel World by Pink Floyd. I'd play it on guitar and she would sing, my mamaw would get so mad. Sis told mamaw that she wouldn't drink water because fish have sex in it.

Rock, but not too much newer stuff. Mostly Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Zepplin, Who, etc.

I listen to it all, but like rock better than rap...

Rap... TI is my homeboy. I listen to rock. the only contemperary rock i listen to is System of A Down. old rock, Jimi Hendrix, Blue oyster cult, nirvana

yea man. The King of the South. I'm from ATL and he's one of the few Down south rappers that I still enjoy listening to.

Sweet, I like his music, especially his new CD he got out, its really good and the first CD ive bought from a mainstream music artist in a long time. Liked the CD all around except for just 2 songs.. and aside from What you know my favorite song was Bankhead.. the last song on the cd.

If you asked me this... 2 1/2 years ago I woulda said nothing but metal and classic rock. Now tho... I listen to nearly everything, and i liek a lot more than what I used to. Broadened my tastes a lot.
