Help Removing Tensioner 96TB

Does anyone know of a way to remove the tensioner pulley from a 96 6 cylinder TBird.

I lost a belt when the bearing in the pulley froze up. I understand this is common for a lot of fords.

its like two offset cylinders, one being the pully and the other is bolted to the engine. just get a big socket wrench and unbolt it from the engine.
