power steering leak?

I just changed the power steering fluid several days ago. I poured more than enough new fluid into the reservoir.
Now I find that oil is leaking from under the engine. I'm not sure if it leaks before I changed the power steering fluid. I checked the oil on the ground. It's the same color as the power steering fluid and the engine oil.
If it's power steering fluid, why did not the oil from around the reservoir, instead it's from under the engine?

The only thing I can suggest if you can't tell where the leak is. Start first by going to your local car wash and see about cleaning the engine bay, unless of course u can do it yourself. Then drive the car around for a while so that fluids traverse through your engine. Then, park someplace clean and track the leaks. This should give you an idea of where to begin to look and then take action.

The only thing I can suggest if you can't tell where the leak is. Start first by going to your local car wash and see about cleaning the engine bay, unless of course u can do it yourself. Then drive the car around for a while so that fluids traverse through your engine. Then, park someplace clean and track the leaks. This should give you an idea of where to begin to look and then take action.

Just so your aware. Over filling the power steering system will help it develope a leak cause of the added pressure the extra fluid that shouldn't be there is putting on your hoses and seals. Could very well have developed the common pressure line hose leak around where the rubber hose meets the metal line but could also be other area's as DVS mentioned.

yea you really dont wanna underfill or overfill anything on a car
