Overheating 91 B250 318

I have a 91 B250 Conversion with the 318 and it runs warm with the air on. It will also creep up pretty quickly without the air on, if you go up a good sized hill. It then has trouble coming back down. I think the radiator is a little limed up. It seems that it has a 1 row radiator. What does everybody elses have?

I just replaced the rad in my 94 due to the same problem. My original was a 1 row but my replacement was a large 2 row.
