hi,

my dash gauges just recently quit working (fuel/temp/speed).
Fuse is ok (changed it just in case).

they came on once and then quit again.

any ideas out there ? thank you in advance

Time to get a wiring diagram, meter, and physically trace the circuit. Check to make sure you don't have any loose or corroded connections in the dash.

ok, I was dreading that answer...but I think you are right on the money.

after breaking the dash, I found the broken ground wire.

fixed that, and now the gauges work.

supergluing the dash back together. I guess it got brittle from sun damage over the years. oh well, can't have everything perfect.

Thanks for letting us know how it went. Try a local pull your own part for replacement dash pieces if the glue doesn't work.
