Finally got my gaskets and input bearing locknut to finish rebuilding my rebuild. :eek7: :dunno: :swear: I'm gonna try to finish it up tonight or tomorrow. :grinyes:

Also got a new camera (not video, but GOOD digital that does take 30 sec movies) so I'll try to post SOMETHING up in the next day or so. :smooch:

1. NO. The dipshit forgot to send the main drive oil slinger... which also keeps 4th from slipping out of gear. He sent it yesterday, so I probably won;t get to it until next week at this point.:swear: :cya: :angryfire

2. Wally Biscotti is a company in NYC that makes.... Biscotti. But they are freaking AWESOME... blues brothers is my personal favorite, but they're all good.

it's a 106 miles to Chicago, we gotta a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses....

hmmm... 106 miles... I would have never made it on 5 smokes. I would have needed at LEAST a pack for myself... and some gum. and a couple of cokes.

I would have been "up shit's crick without a paddle"...

.

Yup, had the only transmission in the course that shifted through all gears with proper timing and pressure.

I have now rebuilt my Buick's transaxle 1 1/2 times.

Couple of 700's

It;s not that bad. The only tricky part is making sure that the clutch pack is all together properly to get the correct pressure ring on it.

Definately one thing I wouldn't mind doing as a career, provdided someother jackass is the one that pulls and installs the damn thing in the car.

You know... the M21 wasn't bad at all, although I think I pulled every muscle in my chest and arms getting the bastard back in. I'm in on that with you. (heh, I'm wichyu) We could call it "Fat's Transmission Shop... You Bring It, We Fix It, You Put the Sumbich Back".
