A VIN isn't going to tell you everything about your Caprice. The SPID (Service Parts Identification) label on the inside of your decklid will detail all of the RPO (regular production option) and/or SEO (special equipment option) installed on your vehicle.

No problem, I found that site while looking up my RPO codes. It has most of them, there was a couple from my caprice that wasnt on there, but mine is a 87 im sure the codes have changed since then or discounted.
