There's a guy on another web site who posts under different names saying how great Wanli and Hercules tires (made by Wanli) are. I think this means they aren't very good.

ok, Do you say that from personal experience or from what you hear other people say?

I've seen them chunk and wear poorly when people try to drive agressively with them and they have very poor ratings from the people who have them.
