Does anyone know the laws about putting neon lights in or outside of your car? I live in Florida if that helps.

Call the police dept, go to the library and check out local ordinances. Here in ky it is illegal to use while on a public road. It is fine to have them and use them only on private land i.e. parking lots ect. But the police dont enforce it.

yeah basically in texas you can have them on only in private areas, and you have to be parked

and you cant have blue or red = cop colors
