Questions on my wheels and ride...Sean Price 07-30-2002, 10:27 AM wattup all, I got team dynamics wheels in 205/40 17 what is the correct tire pressure I should have in these? they seem a little low, the tires just say check my manufacturers recommeded pressure but I'm not runnin stock so obviously that can't be right, what should I do? p.s. I'm thinking bout dropping my ride because now it looks like an off roader or something its runnin mad high, what are the correct steps in lowering a honda civic? I know nothing on the subject thanks for all... peace strodda 07-30-2002, 10:02 PM first the rims you have, have nothing to do with recommended tire pressure. i would say somewhere inbetween 35-40. and remember, when you get moving and they heat up, they will expand, so never inflate them full when its cold. as for lowering. pick a set of springs, camber kit and struts(unless you dont mind a little bouncier ride). and if you dont know anything about it, best bet would be to have a shop install it all. and of course after everything is done, get an alignment. Sean Price 08-01-2002, 12:03 PM cool thanks for the hoook up.... by the way how much should I expect this setup to cost me? any specific brands or any other info or tips? let me know peace Tominos 08-01-2002, 12:47 PM springs cost about 1-200 depending what brand, i would recommend h and r, eibach, etc. good brands only because the cheap brands like maxspeed suck ass. struts will run you about 3-400. and camber kit should be about 2-300. so 900 bucks for regular setup. or you could look into full coilovers but those run alot of $$$$. good luck AznDragon 08-14-2002, 02:03 AM check eBay to try to get the lowest prices. just watch out and be careful who you buy from. hondaman-iac 08-14-2002, 08:09 AM or check www.groupbuycenter.com . i found some pretty good deals there too. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
