Can't locate fuel enable circuit/connect point on either my BCM or PCM. My bbuick was in a flood and I replaced both units. I was abel to eliminate the security light by relearning the system but computer[pcm] still won't enable fuel injector firing. Engine cranks but won't start but no codes are set. Also replaced MAF and TPS modules. Also tried VATS bypass module but have to know where fuel enable signal is located in order to hook up bypass correctly.

What exactly are you trying to do? Do you need the wiring related to fuel system enable?

Have you checked to see if the fuel pump is operating or any fuel pressure? Do you get any noise when in the fuel pump prime position (ignition to on). VATS/Passkey will disable the fuel pump by preventing the fuel pump relay from energizing. You might want to check that and a bypass could be performed at the fuel pump relay for troubleshooting purposes.
