i was just wondering because im looking for a bigger TB and theres one on ebay, are the 95-99 neons a 420a?

i was just wondering because im looking for a bigger TB and theres one on ebay, are the 95-99 neons a 420a?NO! The SOHC is ECB and the DOHC is ECC. What other mods do you have to justify a bigger TB and do you have a manual?
