Stock '85 Civic, Stay stock, or swap?JMD-123 05-26-2006, 09:10 PM Hey, i have a bone stock '85 civic with a broken camshaft, i have another stock motor to put in it, but i know they only make ~70 horsepower. Is there a cheap motor swap that i could perform? (i'm talking $300-550) Or should i just shove the stock motor back in? Any help is much abliged. What is the approx mileage on each of those motors? If its around 20-25 it sounds good.
