This story started over a month ago but I have to share it with you guys.

Ok so back in Jan me and my wife Charlynne joined a gym by our house and have been going ever since. I had not worked out in over 3 years since I stopped going to competitions and stuff and I was really letting myself go. (I used to go to almost every martial arts tournament in FL and some others in the east coast).

Im not huge but I feel great and Im better shape now then ive ever been except for my gut, but hey at 26 its hard to get a six-pack that has been non-existent for 3 years. Still I feel good and I have no shame and Im not a roider so I dont need to be the biggest guy in the gym to be happy.

Anyway one morning I was benching and I had upped the weight from 200lbs to 220 and I kinda did 1 too many and my arms locked and I lost all feeling in them and the bar started to drop and I just couldnt lift it. It came down slowly on top of my chest and im like "ohhh shit now what do I do, i cant lift it, im exhausted".
lucky some guy saw me and rushed over and helped me out. as soon as I sit up I got this chick standing in front of me and she is amazing hot! gold blonde hair, blue shimmering eyes, this cute round face with poutty lips and just a perfect body. She was outrageously hot. Shes looking sqaure at me.
"Are you ok?" she asks
me: yeah, just got a bit confident.
the girl: Well that was dumb, you know you need a spotter.
thats when I realized she was a trainer. I figured she was gonna scold me and crap casue they are in charge of safety and crap then she goes:
"Next time just ask me, Id be happy to spot you"
I looked at her and shes got this flirty pose, I didnt bite cause I really could care less I just nodded and said "ok Supergirl, i'll keep it in mind" (they wear blue shirts and shes blonde....Supergirl :p )

Time went by and I would say hi to her and she would wave at me every time she saw me. we became sort of silent buds I guess.

Enter Chris:
This dude shows up one day, a new member I guess. The kid is a freshman in college and just graduated from some Catholic private shcool (all boy school :rofl: ) He is huge though, this guy is a young Van-dam. good looking kid too so an old man like me would get no attention with this guy in the room. (btw I know his life story already cause he is one of those guys that talks to his buddies more then he works out and talks loud as hell so everyone hears them speak) Anyway he starts hitting on Supergirl the very first day. She was his guide, all new members get a guide for the first three days and the guy was laying it on thick. Apparently hes a good talker cause one morning he invited her out to eat and she agreed. after that Id see them hanging out all the time and even holding hands.....good for her, im sure the steroids will make him awsome in bed..........NOT!

A few days later Im curling and I had been at it for almost an hour I just got no more energy. I went down from 80lbs to 70 but hell no, I just was too tired. Im there struggling and Supergirl walks up to me ( I think she was gonna ask if I needed a spotter again) then Chris comes out of nowhere and goes "wass wrong bro? aint got enough power? looks like you need some juice."

I dropped the weight and all these guys are looking at me, some of them smirking, asshole was making me look like a looser to impress Supergirl.
I look at him sqaure in the eyes; "Im already married son, i dont need juice to impress any chicks and Im not metro so big fucking deal" I walked away and that was that.

a few days ago im minding my own when I hear chris's loud mouth blabbing off to his football buddies about something. hes saying some thing like "they cant handle muscle like mine" "too much baby"
im thinking poor metrosexual moddafuc.......when he says something about a G35 and turbos.
he was talking about cars! then he says "muscle car, muscle car yo"
I think Chris drives a muscle car....

sure as shit i followed him out and he gets into a black Dodge Magnum R/T. and Supergirl is getting in on the passenger side.
Ohhh this is too good, i had to mess with him. I haul ass and get in the GTO and follow him out onto the road.
First light we get to I line up next to him. Supergirl sees me and smiles and waves. im looking at her but I dont motion, quite frankly Im disgusetd by the fact she's with that idiot but eh. he looks over at me but didnt seem to care.
Light goes green and Im waiting for his reaction. HE LAUNCHES!
YESSSSSS. I had hopped he'd go for it first. you guys can imagine how bad I smoked this clown. by the top of 3rd I had 4 or 5 cars on him. we get to the next light and he puts down his windows but before he could say a word I yell out at him
"AWWWW CHRIS! wass wrong bro? aint got enough power? looks like you need some juice."
his face was priceless! his jaw dropped and he looked like he was gonna cry. Supergirl too was now looking at me with a face of repulse, like I was the asshole......well yeas maybe I was but so what?
then i just said "so thats what you consider muscle car huh? shame, you poor miss guided metro boy"

light goes green and I just left him in a cloud of smoke. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

yesterday I went early cause I had to be at work a bit earlier then normal. Guess who comes up to me. Supergirl! she just strolls up to me and says "hi" while caressing the machine with her left hand.
"Hey"
Sg:havent seen you in a few
me: work schedule, I changed the time I come in
sg: oh, cool well if you need anything
me: yeah thanks Supergirl
sg: oh hey i came up with a name for you too
me: oh
sg: Captain Power!
me: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: Thats funny, why?
sg: you put chris in his place very well mister horse power but I think "Captain Power" suits you better.
me: how is chrissie poo?
sg: I dunno he left the gym
me: OHH, sorry I didnt mean to
sg: Nah, dont worry he was a looser.
me: oh I thought you two where going out
sg: are you freaking kidding me? he was just giving me a ride cause my car was in the shop and whatnot. Besides with all the great guys here to pick from why would I go for the freshman?
me: true
sg: see ya later...........Captain! *wink*

Good story. I can't stand dorks in the gym like him. I just started getting back in shape myself. I'm a far cry from benching 315lbs. like I use to.

Might wanna stay away from the lady, she sounds interested in you. That can only lead to trouble.

hahah that was a awesome story i can't believe i actually read the whole thing. anyways yeah that guy is definitly a dick to put people down to make himself look better. hes still young so he has no idea how hard it is get back into shape when you get older. and he can't keep those muscles forever.

BTW, the reason Chrisie left was cause he found out the campus he is at has a gym and its FREE! duh, so he dumpped the 35 dollar a month membership for the free ride at school.

lol...i hate people like that. im not that big as of lifting just maxing out since im more going for more endurance runs for the past 6 months, so im probbobly not used to benching 200+ for awhile. i could probobly do a set of 5 and call it quits. its funny when there is a super strong guy in the gym that talks shit, but gets mad if u beat them in something. i know i did in the 400m lol...i guess thats my story. 6-pack before july, here i come...as long i dont eat the work food. damn fast food....
