shift kit

I have a 00 grand prix gt is it worth getting a shift kit will u notice anything if u put the wild set of springs in on the shift kit.. what will it do just allto do better burn outs or top end or what i know it helps out your tranny but what can i expect of it for gains.?

Well i have a 02 gt and i put the performance shift on my car like the old gtp have and i notice the difference with the DHP PCM and i was thinking about gettin the shift kit also and i asked around< and they siad you will know the diffence, the only reason why i havent got it B/cuz of my 1yr old son and my girl. I dont want to just be curseing and everytime my car shifts everybody about to break there necks< but maybe when i get a new car then i will go all out. I dont want to just put the medium springs and then change them when i get use to it< But to answer your question from what i heard> It will make your car shift like a Manuel Trans ( raceing) spinning in second gear alittle and stuff like that< it might make you spin longer but i really dont know. But you dont have a young son or your girl dont mind, I would Get it if i was you.
